DJR Housing was founded by someone who has managed supported accommodation properties first-hand — including all the admin, compliance chasing, and onboarding headaches that come with it.
That experience shaped how DJR operates: a preference for new-build or newly renovated properties that don't need remedial work, realistic timelines instead of vague promises, and a clear line between what the landlord needs to provide and what we take care of.
